Mr Hunt is a corporate and mining lawyer who has extensive experience in all aspects of mining and energy project acquisitions and disposals. Mr Hunt has advised on numerous IPOs and fundraisings and has a wide range of experience in many different types of acquisitions by both public and private companies. Mr Hunt provides stock exchange and listing rule compliance advice, capital markets, corporate and strategic advice, general securities and commercial law advice.
Mr Hunt has over 8 years’ experience as a director of ASX listed entities and is currently a Non-Executive Director of Brightstar Resources Limited (ASX:BTR) and I Synergy Group Limited (ASX:IS3).

Mr Wells is an expert in strategy development for commercial and government organisations, a leading practitioner of program and project management and a practice expert in governance and risk management development. Mr Wells has worked across a broad range of organisations, primarily focused on infrastructure delivery, health, service delivery and asset management.
Mr Wells has also consulted on infrastructure, encompassing regional investment, infrastructure asset management, health, and operational technology systems.
Mr Wells has nearly 20 years of executive leadership experience as a not-for-profit board member, leading and advocating for a variety of organisations, spanning across a multitude of areas, including Indigenous Australians, medical research, community social housing, environment, built form and cultural heritage.
Mr Wells has been engaged as a consultant for MLM Drilling Pty Ltd on major infrastructure since 2013.

Ms Wells has 27 years’ experience as an exploration geologist working across various commodities including diamonds, bulk commodities, gold and base metals. She commenced her career working for Mackay & Schnellmann Geological Consultants for 9 years gaining experience in reporting for IPOs and managing GIS databases for clients.
Ms Wells holds a BAppSc. (Maj. Geology) from Curtin University. Ms Wells was a founding director of Phosphate Australia, listed on the ASX in 2008 and which obtained float of the year. She is currently is a Director and owner of MLM Drilling Pty Ltd. She has consulted on a range of projects and coordinated exploration operations for various commodities from greenfields through to feasibility studies. She was previously exploration manager for United Kimberley Diamonds where she assisted with diamond bulk sampling and was part of the discovery team for the Railway Iron Ore Deposit which was taken over by BHP.Ms Wells is currently a non-executive Director of Territory Minerals, a gold company with projects in North Queensland, and a non-executive director of Odessa Minerals (ASX:ODE), a mineral exploration company with interests in diamonds and lithium.
